Distinctive Elements
A unique element applied to this building was cladding made of milk glass. They were suspended on special brackets – mullions, allowing for aesthetically pleasing point fixings.
INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Warsaw office building located at Grzybowska and Wronia is known as the Office at the Gate. The construction of the Office at the Gate building commenced in July 2017 and was completed in the fourth quarter of 2018. The usable area of this thirteen-story structure is 15,000 square meters, with the majority dedicated to offices – almost 13,000 square meters, and the rest to commercial and service premises – over 1,000 square meters. The building is an investment project by Echo Investment, and the architectural design is credited to the architects from JEMS Architekci. At a distance of 85 meters, the residential complex Browary Warszawskie is under construction, followed by Browary Warszawskie – Apartments at Krochmalna B and C at 97 meters, and Apartments Oxygen at 125 meters.
