INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Gdansk Business Center is a sixteen-story complex of office buildings erected in the city of Warsaw in the Śródmieście district at Inflancka 3. The construction of the buildings began in the spring of 2012 and was completed in June 2014. The usable area of these buildings exceeds 42,000 sq.m., with offices occupying the majority – over 46,000 sq.m. The project is an investment by HB Reavis Poland, and the architectural design is by TPF E&L Architects. In the vicinity, there are the Gdanski Business Center II office complex, the Gdanski building, and the M2 building.
