High Five Office Building

INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION

The High5ive Office Complex was established in Krakow on Pawia Street. The construction of the building started in January 2016 and lasted for 73 months. The office space of this nine-story office building is 70,000 sq.m., and the commercial space is 7,000 sq.m. The real estate investor is Skanska Property Poland from Warsaw, with Skanska from Warsaw serving as the general contractor, and architects from nsMoonStudio designing the project. Nearby are the Ibis Hotel, Angel City housing estate, and the future Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Krakow University of Technology.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The complex consists of five office-service buildings.
• The first stage of the investment includes two 6-story office buildings with an office space of 23,500 sq.m. Completed in the fourth quarter of 2017.
• On September 28, 2016, a cornerstone laying ceremony took place.
• The second stage of the complex includes buildings A – 9 floors and B – 6 floors with a total area of approximately 37,000 sq.m. The completion and occupancy of office building A was in the first quarter of 2020.
• The project received LEED Gold certification and the “Barrier-Free Facility” accessibility certificate.
• The third stage is an office building offering 11,150 sq.m. of rental space.
