INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
A building in Krakow, located along Halicka and Przemyska streets. The construction of the property began in December 2016 and was completed in the second half of 2018. The total area of this five-story structure is almost 11,000 square meters. The building is an investment by Genfer Hotels, and ASW Architekci Ankiersztajn Stankiewicz Wroński is responsible for its architectural design. Remax Construct was chosen as the general contractor. At a distance of 74 meters stands the Starowiślna 91 building, 100 meters away is the Halicka 9 office building, and 185 meters away is the Tauron Office Building.
