Distinctive Elements
A distinctive feature of the project is the cascading facade with a negative angle of inclination for each level. IPASOL glass with very high acoustic insulation has been used.
INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
Meduza M65 is an office building in Krakow’s Grzegórzki district at 65 Mogilska Street, corner of Cystersów. The construction of the office building started in 2007 and was completed in the fourth quarter of 2008. The total area of this eight-story office building exceeds 5,000 square meters, while the usable area is almost 5,000 square meters, with the majority being office space – over 4,000 square meters, and less, retail and service premises – 560 square meters. The property was designed by architects from the GD&K Group. At a distance of 123 meters, there is the Pliva Administrative Center, 134 meters away is the Archetura office building, and 162 meters away is the Złota Brama housing estate.
