Distinctive Elements
The north elevation deserves special attention, created in the CW 50 SC system with windows sliding in parallel and an interesting screen print resembling the nerve structure of the eye’s retina.
Noteworthy are also additional external shading and decorative elements in the form of a second layer of the facade (second skin).
INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Małopolski Park Technologii Informacyjnych is an office building in Krakow, located in the Dębniki district, surrounded by Gronostajowa, Skotnicka, and Bobrzyńskiego streets. It is sometimes referred to as the Ośrodek Innowacyjności Krakowskiego Parku Technologicznego. The construction of the building began in November 2010 and was completed in 55 months. The total area of this four-story office building is 12,000 m2, while the usable area is 8,400 m2. The building is situated 245 meters away from the Institute of Zoology of the Jagiellonian University, 510 meters from the Library of the Papal Academy of Theology, and 510 meters from the Bobrzyńskiego Housing Estate.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The investment cost is 109 million Polish złoty.
- A photovoltaic cell system hidden in the glass walls will provide energy to power devices in the facility, and interactive external blinds will automatically adjust to changing weather conditions.
- The building has Class A office space.
- This building will serve as the base for the operation of the Małopolski Klastr Technologii Informacyjnych (Małopolska Information Technology Cluster).
