INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Platinium Business Park office complex was constructed in Warsaw, in the Mokotów district at Domaniewska 42/44, corner of Wołoska. The construction of the buildings started in November 2006 and was completed in 2012. The total area of these seven-story buildings is 64,000 square meters, with the majority dedicated to office space – 60,000 square meters, and the rest for commercial and service premises – 4,000 square meters. The developer of the investment is Globe Trade Centre, the general contractor is the construction company Warbud, and the architectural design is by JEMS Architekci based in Warsaw. Nearby, you can find the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management office building, the Saturn office building, and the Toyota Building.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Six volumetrically similar buildings creating a unified block of development.
- The complex was constructed in stages, with the first office building completed in December 2007, Building B in July 2008, and Building C in November 2009.
- A park with a shallow pond will be created between the buildings.
- The total value of the investment is approximately 90 million euros.
- All buildings within the complex will offer Class A office space.
- The ground floors of the buildings are largely designated for service points.
