The facade consists of a double skin. The internal part is a typical mullion and transom structure in the ALUPROF MB-SR50 system; the external part is projected forward with 12 mm thick tempered glass on steel brackets. Grating walkways and blinds are located in the space between the façades. Additionally, the elevations were made of LARSON composite panels with mineral wool insulation.
Thespian won the main prize among Wroclaw investments in the ‘Beautiful Wroclaw’ competition.

Distinctive Elements
The distinguishing feature is the use of a two-layer facade to significantly improve the acoustic insulation of the apartments from intense traffic noise. Blinds and curtains have been placed in the space between the layers of the facade.
INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The residential property in Wroclaw, located within the Krzyki district at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 1/3 and Powstańców Śląskich, is known as the Thespian Apartment Building. The construction of the Thespian Apartment Building commenced in the first quarter of 2010 and was completed within one year. The usable area of this nine-story building is over 7,000 square meters, with offices occupying the majority – over 2,000 square meters, and a smaller area dedicated to commercial space – 940 square meters. The general contractor for the building was the construction company Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex. It is an investment project of ING Real Estate Development, designed by architects from the Maćków Pracownia Projektowa in Wroclaw. Nearby, you can find the Appellate Court in Wroclaw, the Rondo Verona housing estate, and the construction site of the Krucza 2A building.
