For what purpose do we obtain your data and on what basis do we use it?

Your personal data, depending on the purpose for which you contact us, may be processed by us for the purpose of:

a) performing contracts binding us with you or contracts binding us with your employer or the entity you cooperate with (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), b) conducting the recruitment process (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), c) responding to your email or phone contact (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), d) archival (evidence) in case of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), e) potential establishment, investigation, or defense against claims, which is the realization of the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), f) direct marketing of our services and products, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

What personal data do we process?

We process the following personal data:

  1. voluntarily provided data a) to perform contracts, we process data necessary for the fulfillment of this purpose, and in the case where you are an employee or person cooperating with our contractor, your personal data provided to us by your employer or the entity you cooperate with, b) for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, we process personal data found in your job application, c) to respond to the message sent by you or phone contact, we process your name, email address, and phone number, d) for marketing purposes, we may process your name, email address, and phone number.
  2. data collected automatically when using our website, we collect and store information such as: your IP address, request URL address, device identifier, the amount of time spent on individual pages, browser type, browser language, date, and time of using the Service, screen resolution, type, and version of the operating system, as well as other similar information.

Is providing data mandatory?

Providing personal data is entirely voluntary. However, in a situation where the processing of personal data is based on consent, its absence will prevent us from taking the action to which this consent relates. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but it will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data that we have carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.

How long will we store your data?

Depending on the purpose for which we process your personal data, they may be processed by us for the following periods:

a) performing contracts – for the duration of the contract you entered into with us or the contract entered into between us and your employer or the entity you cooperate with, as well as for the period of limitation of claims from the contract, b) recruitment – until the end of the recruitment process for the position you are applying for, and in the case where you have given separate consent to the processing of data for future recruitments, we will keep your data for a period of 2 years from the date of their collection, c) responding to inquiries – for the period of maintaining our current relationships (e.g., responding to questions, presenting offers, exchanging correspondence), and after the relationship has ceased for a period of one year, d) for marketing purposes – until you object, e) archival purposes – for the period necessary to achieve this purpose, f) establishment, investigation, or defense against claims – for the period necessary to achieve this purpose.

What are cookies?

Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on your end device and are intended for using the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, c) in the case where the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you also have the right to the portability of your data, i.e., the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used format, d) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, in each case when you believe that the processing of personal data violates your rights.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

Your personal data may be transferred to entities to whom we entrust the processing of personal data based on contracts, as well as to entities authorized to obtain personal data based on legal provisions. We will also transfer your personal data to our authorized employees and associates for the purpose of performing their duties.

Are my data profiled?

Your personal data will not be the subject of processes that would involve automated decision-making, including profiling.
