The Aluprof MB 79 stands as the latest advancement in ALUPROF’s window and door systems, representing a fusion of cutting-edge technology and cost-effectiveness. Designed to meet the increasingly stringent demands for thermal insulation, this system finds application across a wide spectrum of structures, ranging from fixed to turn, tilt, tilt-and-turn, and tilt-and-slide windows, as well as single and double exterior doors, and storefront solutions with doors.

Within the Aluprof MB 79 range, there are several variants tailored to specific needs. The MB 79N E presents an economical option, featuring a one-component central seal. For enhanced thermal performance, the MB 79N ST boasts a two-component central seal. Additionally, the MB 79N SI variant offers top-of-the-line thermal insulation, equipped with insulating inserts and a two-component central seal for optimal energy efficiency.

For external doors, the MB 79N SI+ variant provides further insulation benefits, incorporating a central seal and insulating inserts within the profiles.

  • The windows and doors of the Aluprof MB 79 system boast cutting-edge thermal breaks crafted from innovative material with a brand-new shape. This advancement enables the integration of seals within the profile insulation, enhancing thermal performance and minimizing heat transfer.

  • The system accommodates a wide range of glazing options, including double or triple glazing of up to 63 mm for windows and 54 mm for doors. This versatility allows for the use of various glass types, including acoustic and burglary-resistant glass, meeting diverse performance and security requirements.
  • Aluprof has conducted rigorous hurricane tests for the MB 79N system in accordance with ASTM guidelines and Florida Building Code TAS 201-94, TAS 202-94, and TAS 203-94.   • Compliance: The structure complies with Technical Requirements effective as of 2021 for windows and doors, achieving U-values as low as 0.9 W/m2K for windows and 1.3 W/m2K for doors, ensuring excellent thermal performance.
