INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Concept Tower office building is located in Warsaw in the Wola district at 87 Grzybowska Street, on the corner of Karolkowa. The construction of the property started in the summer of 2011 and was completed in 16 months. The total area of this fifteen-story building exceeds 14,000 sq.m., while the usable area is over 9,000 sq.m., with offices occupying the majority – almost 9,000 sq.m. The architectural design of the property was done by the FS&P Arcus Fajnaś Ścisło & Partnerzy office, and its construction was carried out by the IDS-BUD company. The investment belongs to Concept Development BSD. In the vicinity, there is Karolkowa Business Park, a residential complex Grzybowska 85, and the residential complex InCity is under construction.

- On the ground floor, there will be a utility premises and another one designated for a restaurant, while the top floor will host a fitness club.
