INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Galeria Rzeszów complex is located in the city of Rzeszów at 44 Piłsudskiego Street, at the intersection of Borelowski, Kordeckiego, and Wiadukt Śląski. It is also known by other names such as City Center Rzeszów. The construction of the complex began in the fourth quarter of 2010 and was completed in the fourth quarter of 2012. The usable area of these buildings reaches 135,000 m², with the majority occupied by commercial space – 42,000 m², housing 200 shops. The architectural design of the property is by MWM Architekci from Rzeszów. In the vicinity, you can find the Marshal’s Office of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, the Panorama Office Building, and the Grand Hotel.

- The total value of the investment will exceed PLN 500 million.
- Originally, the gallery was supposed to operate under the name City Center Rzeszów, but the owner decided to change the name.
