INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION

Vivo! Shopping Center is a one-story retail store located in the capital of the Lubusz Voivodeship, situated at 2 Unia Lubelska Street, corner of Tysiąclecia. It is also known as Galeria przy Zamku and Galeria Zamek. The construction of the commercial building started in the fall of 2012 and was completed in the first quarter of 2015. The total area of this store is 104,000 sq.m., with the largest part occupied by 150 retail and service premises – 38,000 sq.m. Immofinanz Services Poland from Warsaw is the investor, and the general contractor for the investment is the construction company Warbud from Warsaw. The Alter Hotel is located 452 meters away, Howell Estates Office Building is 483 meters away, and Teatr Stary building is 527 meters away.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • The facility will have only one above-ground floor and a very extensive underground part, thanks to which the proximity of the building will not spoil the view of the Old Town hill and the Royal Castle.
  • Tarasy Zamkowe is intended to be a specific shopping gallery, with only 20,000 sq.m. allocated for commercial activity, and almost 2/3 of the volume is used for promenades and viewing platforms, creating a covered park.
  • The crowning feature of the internal park is to be a glazed viewing platform, facing the panorama of the Castle and the Old Town.
  • The investment cost is approximately PLN 480 million.
  • October 30, 2013 – laying the foundation stone.
  • June 17, 2014 – the ceremonial suspension of the topping-out ceremony at the construction site.
  • March 4, 2015 – official opening of the gallery.
