INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
Nowy Świat Gallery is located in the capital of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship at Krakowska 20 and Ofiar Katynia. The construction of the building started in October 2006 and was completed in 37 months. The total area of this three-storey shopping facility is 30,000 sq.m., with a usable area of 20,000 sq.m., of which the commercial space occupies 22,000 sq.m. The general contractor for the facility is Mostostal Warszawa. Nearby are the building at Lewakowskiego 1 and the ST Tower, and the KrakoVska Housing Estate is under construction.
