INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Asseco Innovation Hub building is located in Rzeszów on Olchowa Street. Construction of the building commenced in November 2017 and was completed in September 2020. The total area of this five-story structure is 9800 square meters. S.T. Architekci is responsible for the architectural design of the property, and its construction was carried out by the construction company Besta. The Asseco Poland New Headquarters office building is located 47 meters away, followed by the IVECO Center at 760 meters, and a Exhibition-Service Building at 1.162 km.
