INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
Studio B is a Warsaw office building complex located within the Wola district, positioned along Łucka and Prosta streets. The construction of the complex started in August 2021 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025. The office space of this multi-story development will reach 43,000 square meters. The investor of the building is Skanska. The Łucka City building is located 90 meters away, followed by Prosta Tower at 100 meters, and the Norblin Factory at 114 meters.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The first stage of the investment is a 14-story office building with a GLA of 17,600 sq.m. Completion and occupancy are expected in the third quarter of 2023.
