INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
Stara Ujeżdżalnia Shopping Gallery was erected in Jarosław, surrounded by Piekarska, Grunwaldzka, and Sikorskiego streets. The construction of the shopping center started in the first quarter of 2017 and was completed in the second half of 2019. The total area of this shopping gallery is 67,700 sq.m, with the commercial area occupying the largest part – 28,000 sq.m. The building is an investment project by CD Locum, and the architectural design is authored by ARKUS Biuro Projektowo-Doradcze Marek Gachowski. At a distance of 402 meters stands the Complex of the District Court, 489 meters away is the Bus Station, and 891 meters away is the Pruchnicka Shopping Center.
