Distinctive Elements
The first distinctive element was the panels embedded in the glass facade, made of terracotta tiles that mimic brick walls.
The second differentiator is the windows, which protrude beyond the main surface of the facade, creating an attractive 3D effect.
INVESTMENT DESCRIPTION
The X20 Office Building is located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, along Czerniakowska Street 85/87. The construction of the building started in March 2019 and was completed in the fourth quarter of 2020. The office space of this six-story office building is 12,000 sq.m. The project investors are AIG Lincoln Polska in cooperation with White Star Real Estate. The X2 Boutique Office building is located 39 meters away, followed by the Agora Headquarters building at 81 meters, and the Czerska Residence building at 186 meters.
